In the team message feature, you can send a message to everyone within the organization.

Click Send To All
Type your message in the text box
Then click the send button
In no time, all your current employees will be able to receive your message.
You can also message your employee directly and send them a separate message.
To do that, click the employee’s name

Your employees can also send messages to one another, allowing them to communicate effectively. You, as an admin, can review their exchange of messages through the Employees/Outsourcer Screen.
