What’s on the customer screen?
To be successful in business, it is crucial to comprehend the significance of customers. Customers are the heart and soul of any company; without them, it cannot thrive.
That is why keeping and organizing their information is a must, as the success of your business depends on maintaining customer records.
The startup credit repair business has a customer screen where you can access all your customers’ records.
To go to the customer screen in the startup credit repair business, go to the dashboard and click Customers.
Then you will be routed to the customers’ screen, where you can manage each customer.

In the customer’s screen, you can also add a new customer by clicking the “add new customer” button.
You can also use the status filter to look for customers with the same status.
If you want to import or export customers’ information, then we have import and export CSV.
You can also use the search box to look for a specific customer you can search for by name and email.
Then in this table, you will see a glimpse of the important information about your customer.
This is the column where you can see the full name of your customer.
Next to it is the active email address of your customer.
Then the active mobile number of your customer.
You can also check and change the status of your customer in this column.
And in this column, you can assign a customer to an employee working for you.
Then this is the column where you can send an email to your customer.
Here are the icons under the send email icon where you can check the number of employees assigned to the customer, send an email, and send email tracking.
In this section, you will see the date you added your customer to the startup credit repair business.
Then next to it is the active date column which shows the date when you set the status of your customer to active.
The next column is the end date.
Then the last column would be the action column.
Under the action column, we do have a set of icons where you can check the customer’s information: phone icon, flag icon, edit, and delete icon.
Knowing where you can find your customer’s information in the software is a must, so it will be easy to pull out a customer’s profile when urgently needed. It also promotes professionalism and great service.
