FLAGGING AND PHONE CALL TRACKING
What is flagging and phone call tracking in the startup credit repair business?
In essence, flagging is a function of the software that enables you to concentrate on and pay attention to a particular client you would like to deal with.
The software’s phone call tracking tool will remind you to follow up with a particular customer at the appropriate time.
To access the flagging and phone call tracking inside the software, go to the dashboard and then click customers.
Then you will be routed to the Customers screen, where you can manage each customer one by one.
You can use the status filter to look for customers under the same status.
You can also use the search box to look for a specific customer.
Then, on the grid table, go to the action column.
Under the action column, you will see the phone and flag icons.
FLAG ICON
- If you need to work on a certain customer immediately, the flag icon will give you the attention you need.
Under the action column, click the flag icon.
Then a popup box will show, and you can add a note to the text box.
Once you are done, click the save button.
This is what it looks like when a customer gets flagged. It will draw your attention by emphasizing the customer profile.
PHONE ICON
- The phone icon will serve as a reminder for you to contact a customer.
Under the action column, click the phone icon.
The phone icon has three colors: blue, green, and red.
- Blue – No call is needed at this time
- Green – You already called and added some notes already for this month
- Red – This means it’s time for you to call the customer
Note: You cannot call your customers directly IN the startup credit repair business. And the purpose of this phone icon is to let you know which customers need attention.
One of the finest ways to track and monitor which customers you need to concentrate on and work with is through flagging and phone call tracking. By keeping an eye on their behavior, you can provide your clients better service and find prospects similar to them.
