What is an activity log?

An activity log is a report of all actions taken in a specific period. You may use it to track how much time you and your staff spend on various tasks.

Ineffective internal communication in the company is frequently to blame for misunderstandings. You will be able to directly observe how your time and colleagues are spent when each activity is documented in your activity log. This keeps everyone in the company informed and on the same page.

A communication tool might also be considered to be an activity journal.

The most advantageous part of adopting an activity log is the ability to detail and record daily actions to better understand how your organization functions. In the startup credit repair business, we have the activity log feature where you and your employee can properly document the status of each customer.

To access the activity log feature in the startup credit repair business, go to the dashboard and click customers.

Then you will be routed to the customers screen, where you can manage each customer one by one.

To find customers with the same status, you can utilize the status filter.

You can also use the search box to look for a specific customer.

Then once pull up the customer’s information, go to the action column.

Under the action column, click the customer information icon.

You will be routed to the customer information screen, where you can manage various aspects of your customer’s account.

Under the customer’s information, you will also see the activity log feature, where you can keep track of all your notes.

Then under the activity log, you will see different filters where you can log your notes. It can be a Smart Interviewer, disputes, general customer interview, plan of action, call log, employee log, flag note, and appointment.

Inside the text box, you need to enter the title.

In this section, you can put the notes for your activity log.

Once you are done, click the save button.

If you want to see all the notes you logged, click the check box to show all logs.

Then a popup box will appear to see all the activity logs to whichever status they are in

Activity logs allow you to see where your business and the organization need to improve. For this reason, you must make the most of the activity log function in your startup credit repair business to boost production and improve internal communication.
