What is the importance of communicating with your customer?
The foundation of any operation is communication. People cannot express their satisfaction or rage without communication. The ability to communicate helps gather customer feedback on a particular service and send updates to your customers.
Because of this, having software with a solid messaging capability is helpful, especially if your organization is just getting started.
To access the messaging feature of the startup credit repair business, go to the dashboard and click customers.
Then you will be routed to the customer screen, where you can manage each customer one by one.
To find your customers with the same status, you can use the status filter.
You can also use the search box to look for a specific customer.
Once you have the customer details, go to the action column, then click the customer information icon.
Next, you will be routed to the customer’s information, where you can manage various aspects and message your customer.
Within the startup credit repair business, there are two ways to communicate with your clients. You can SMS or use the client tracking portal to communicate with them.
Client Portal
- Make sure your client can access the client tracking portal before you message them because that is the only way they will be able to read your message after they log in to their portal.
To message your customer, click the send message button.
Since you are already in your customer profile, you don’t need to fill out the “Send message to user” section.
Then enter your message inside the text box.
Once you are done, click the send button. Your customer will be able to view your message once they log in to their client tracking portal.
SMS with Twilio
-You can also communicate with your customers via SMS. But to use the SMS feature of a startup credit repair business, you need to have a Twilio account and integrate it into the startup credit repair business.
Since you are already in your customer profile, you don’t need to fill out the “Send message to the user” and “Mobile number” sections.
You can use a template to send an SMS to your customer.
Then enter your messages inside the text box.
Next, simply click the send button once you’re done.
You must consistently and effectively interact with your clients or customers regardless of your business or expertise. This could be done to handle issues, help with account information, or take care of other needs. Indeed, communication is the foundation of your capacity to serve customers or clients with exceptional service.
