FAST CHECKER
What is a fast checker?
The fast checker in the professional credit repair software allows you to compare your customer’s previous and newly available credit reports. And it will help you identify what accounts have been deleted, updated, and still need to dispute.
How does the fast checker function in professional credit repair software? If you are already done with your initial or first round of dispute and 30-40 days have passed, it is time for you to do the second round of dispute. In the credit repair industry, before you do your next round of disputes, you need to review your customer’s credit report to check if there are any deletions or updates.
To do this before, you need to manually check the previous credit report of your customer against the updated credit report and check one by one if the accounts you disputed are still there or have already been deleted. This type of task would take much of your time.
Good thing the professional credit repair software has this fast checker feature that allows you to save time by finding the results of your disputes.
To access the fast checker in the software, go to the dashboard menu option, then click dispute manager.
Then on the dispute manager screen, select the customer you would like to work for.
Once done, go to the tracking section. In this section, you will be able to do the fast check.
To perform a fast check, the software would automatically select which credit monitoring your client is using.
Note: Only customers who use one of the credit monitoring services compatible with the software can use the fast checker.
When you click on the quick import button, you just need to wait for the software to load and process the credit report. Please note you need to make sure that your client has the updated credit report on their credit monitoring prior to doing this.
Then a new window will pop up with the result.
In this column, you will see the total number of accounts deleted and repaired.
Once you are done checking the results click the specific button on the bottom on what you want to do next. You can update deletion results and notify your customer by clicking the BLUE button or you can import the new negative items so you can start the dispute process by clicking the GREEN button or click the CLOSE button to exit the pop up screen.
As soon as you have the result, the tracking screen will be updated with a color indicator.
Red: This means the account has been deleted
Yellow: This means you need to check the report manually
No color: This means no update
The fast checker will save you a ton of time when it comes to figuring out which accounts have been deleted, especially if you’ve had a lot of accounts disputed. But keep in mind that since we rely on external credit monitoring agencies to supply reliable data, the information provided by the fast checker is not 100% accurate.
