TRACKING SCREEN
What’s on the tracking screen?
The tracking screen lets you keep track of all the letters you have sent and know immediately when the due date is for you to do another dispute letter.
Here, you may also discover a fast checker that allows you to compare an old credit report to a new one and see which accounts have been removed from your customers’ credit reports.
To access the tracking screen in the professional credit repair software, go to the dashboard menu option, then click dispute manager.
Then in the dispute manager, go to the tracking section, where you can track all letters sent and their due dates.
Afterward, choose a customer you want to track from the dropdown menu.
You can always check the training videos we have here for your reference.
After selecting a client, you can see all the dispute letters you created for them.
In the tracking screen, we have a couple of icons that you can use to do certain things.
- Respond
- Re-send
- Delete
- Follow up letter due date change
Respond
- If you are done responding to a specific letter, select the check box from the current page.
Then click the respond button if you’re done with your respond letter. Instantly, the letter will be transferred from current to archive in preparation for the new letters you created.
Re-send
- You can also resend a letter by selecting the check box from the current page.
Then click the resend button if you want to resend specific letters.
Delete
- If you want to delete a specific letter, select it in the grid table, then click the delete button.
Follow up letter due date change
- In this section, once you click the “change follow up letter due date change” button, you can change the due date of your letters for follow up.
If a letter is due for follow up on the tracking screen, it will look like this.
Additionally, you can visit the fast checker from the tracking screen to see if the accounts you disputed have been deleted already or not.
It is crucial to keep track of all the dispute letters you have sent out so you can identify any outstanding accounts and find out if any of the letters you generated on behalf of your client have been deleted.
