RESPOND SCREEN
What can you do on the respond screen?
When working in the credit repair industry, you may even need to file repeated disputes on behalf of your clients to have inaccurate information removed from their credit reports. The credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies can fail to provide you with a sufficient response or even none at all.
Because of this, the professional credit repair software includes a section where you can respond to creditors, creditors’ agencies, and debt collectors.
To access the respond screen in the professional credit repair software, go to the dashboard menu option, then click dispute manager.
Then under the dispute manager screen, go to the respond section.
You must choose a client in this part to start writing your response letter.
In this section, we have the dispute guide to help you understand the best approach to sending out dispute letters.
You can also watch the training video here for your reference.
When you are prepared to construct your respond letter, you must first choose an account to work on under the furnisher.
If you want to create a respond letter for a creditor or a collector, click the address search button.
A new window will pop up where you can search for the address.
Then select the right address.
Click the “add selected address to letter” button.
You can also choose the account number, account type, and balance. But all information will automatically be added as soon as you select the furnisher.
Next is dispute reasons. You can choose any dispute reasons that we have available inside the software.
But if you want to use your own reason, click the custom reason.
You also have the capability to save the custom reason you added by clicking the save button.
Once you are done with your reason, you may now choose your instruction.
Then select a respond letter by clicking the dropdown option.
If you want to use the letter you added to the software, click the manual letters button.
Then once you are done selecting your letter, click the add your dispute button.
The letter will then be added to the grid table.
Once you finalize your letter, you may click the send to print button.
To respond to disputes effectively and increase your chances of winning a case, you should directly address the specific reason for the dispute. When responding to disputes, keep in mind: to engage your customer in conversation, and if you want to dispute something, make sure you have sufficient evidence to back up your claims.
