QUICK IMPORT
What is a quick import?
Quick import is the simplest and quickest approach to importing your customer’s credit analysis and analyzer report into the business credit repair software.
What is an analysis and analyzer report?
Credit Analysis
- Credit analysis is more than just a report that summarizes a person’s credit score from the three main credit agencies. It is a report that lists a person’s fundamental demographic data. The report also includes information on credit history, bankruptcy, and repossessions.
Credit Analyzer
- The discrepancies between the three major credit agencies of your client will be displayed in the credit analyzer report.
However, before you can perform the quick import for these reports inside the software, you need to ensure that you have your customer’s credit monitoring credentials first in the business credit repair software to quickly import.
To check if you have the credentials ready for your customer’s credit monitoring service, go to the customer’s screen.
Search for a specific customer using the search box.
Then click the customer’s name.
Once you click the customer’s name, you will be routed to the customer information screen. From there, click the credit monitoring button.
If the credentials of your customer are all correct, you can now do a quick import for the credit analysis and analyzer report.
Note: The quick import feature only works for the four credit monitoring services compatible with the Client Dispute Manager software: Smart Credit, Identity IQ, my Score IQ, and Privacy Guard.
To do a quick import, go to the dashboard, then click Import Reports/Analysis.
Then you will be routed to the import/analysis screen, where you can import the credit reports of your customer.
Then on the drop-down menu, you need to select what report you would like to import. It could be the analysis only or the analyzer, and it can be both.
Then select a client.
After selecting a client, click the credit monitoring your customer is using.
And make sure to click these boxes before you do a quick import.
Then the final step is just simply to click the quick import button.
One of the biggest things that client dispute manager software has to offer is quick import, which is user-friendly. To fully enjoy the advantages of the quick import feature, you simply need to ensure that you have the appropriate credentials for your customer’s credit monitoring.
