MANUAL ANALYSIS
What is a manual analysis?
Within the business credit repair software, there are two ways to import the customer’s credit report: quick import and manual analysis.
The quick import is the quickest and easiest way to import your customer’s credit analysis and analyzer report into the company credit repair software. However, the quick import only functions if your customer uses Identity IQ, my Score IQ, Smart Credit, and Privacy Guard.
If your customer uses a different credit monitoring service, quick import won’t function; however, you can perform a manual credit analysis to incorporate the data on your customer’s credit monitoring provider inside the software.
Go to the dashboard and click Import Reports/Analysis in the business credit repair software to access the manual credit analysis.
Then you will be routed to the import/analysis screen, where you can import and build a credit analysis.
Select a client using the drop-down menu.
Then under the report type, click or choose manual analysis.
To build a report, click the manual credit analysis button.
Then a popup box will appear where you can start building your manual credit analysis.
To start building your manual analysis, first, you need to put the credit scores.
You can enter your customer’s credit scores for the three credit bureaus in this part using the credit monitoring report they are currently using.
Then once you’re done, just click the save credit score button.
Note: It is crucial to complete this step first because if you don’t have the credit scores, you won’t be able to move on to the next.
After the credit scores, next would be the inquiry account details which you can enter in this section.
Then click save inquiries once you’re done.
You can also include public record account details in this section.
Using the drop-down, you need to select what type of public record you will incorporate.
Then just fill out the remaining details needed.
Then click the save button once you’re done.
Next on the line would be account details.
Before entering the account details, you need to select the account type.
Then you can enter the remaining account details needed.
Next, click the save button once you are done.
After account details, you can also enter the positive accounts.
Then select the account type for the positive account.
After selecting the account type, you can now fill out the remaining details needed.
Then click the save button.
Once done, you can check the account summary section to review the accounts.
And you can review all the negative accounts listed in this section.
Once you are done reviewing everything, you may now click the build button to incorporate all details from your customer’s credit report.
You will be able to see the manual analysis you created in this section.
We all know for a fact that some of your customers may prefer to use a different credit monitoring service. For this reason, the software includes a manual analysis feature that allows you to still include any negative accounts you need to dispute on your customers’ behalf.
