CREDIT CARD SETUP
What is a credit card setup?
In the professional credit repair software, one of the ways you can process transactions with your customer is via credit card. But to accept credit card transactions in the software, you first create or set up your merchant account and authorize.net
Professional credit repair software has three companies that can help you get a merchant account.
Go to resources by selecting it from the dashboard menu.
Then under the resources option, click merchant accounts.
After clicking the merchant account resources, you will be taken to the merchant account providers. You can open a merchant account with one of our three partners: 5 Star Processing, Merchant X, or Capital Merchant Solutions.
Choose the provider of your choice for a merchant account from the list.
After clicking the link, you’ll be routed to the link where you can sign up for the merchant account of your choice.
Once you are done setting up your merchant account, what you need to do now is to have an authorize.net account which you will integrate into the professional credit repair software.
A payment gateway made for high-risk merchants is called Authorize.net. It makes it simple for businesses to accept transactions online in accordance with their agreements.
To integrate authorize.net in the software, go to billing.
Then under billing, click credit card setup.
You will be routed then to the credit card setup screen, where you can integrate your processor for your company.
You can watch our training videos in this section at your convenience.
To add your processor, click this button.
Then a window will pop up to add your processor.
What you need to do first is select the processor, which is authorize.net.
The processor name can then be anything you want to put, such as your business name.
Then next would be the API Key which you can find in your authorize.net.
Like the API key, the transaction key is also accessible through your authorize.net account.
The default mode section should be yes.
Then under the currency code, it should be usd-us.
Then under test mode, select live.
Once you’re done, click the create button.
Before establishing your authorize.net, watching the credit card setup video is crucial. Since there are numerous ways to handle customer transactions, it is crucial to understand and research the trigger you will use beforehand.
