How to manually print the letters inside the software?
Inside the professional credit repair software, there are 2 ways to send out your disputes: mail them via LetterStream or do the manual printing.
LetterStream is an online printing and mailing company that specializes in sending all different types of mail, such as USPS First-Class and Certified mail. Whether you need to send a single letterorone hundred thousand, LetterStream has a quick and easy solution.
Aside from LetterStream, you can do manual printing in the software if you’re not a fan of LetterStream or are not comfortable using it. Manual printing normally involves printing out the dispute letters so that you may drop them off at the post office.
To print your letters in the professional credit repair software, go to the dashboard, then go to bulk print.
You will be routed to the bulk print section, where you can print all the dispute letters you created.

If you want to do manual printing in the software, ensure the print automation is turned off.
In this table, you will see all the letters you created ready for manual printing.
This is the username column where you can check the owner of the dispute letter.
The next column would be the organization-furnisher-account, where you can check the recipient of the dispute letter.
Next would be the campaign/manual letter column, where you can see the type of dispute letter you used.
Then, here would be the letter name column to know the title of the dispute letter.
The next column would be the date when you created your letter.
In this column, you will be able to add images to the dispute letter.
Then the last one is the action column, where you can preview the letter and document. You can also edit the letter before you manually print or delete the letter.
To manually print a dispute letter, select the letters you want to print.
Once you’re done selecting your letters, just simply click the print button.
The advantage of manually printing your letters is that you will have more time to thoroughly review them before delivering them to the post office.
