ADDING IMAGES/DOCUMENTS
We can all agree that it will increase your chances of success with your claims by including supporting documentation with every dispute letter you send to the credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors.
In the professional credit repair software, there are certain ways to add images/documents to your dispute letters before printing them manually or sending them to LetterStream.
To add images/documents and print them together with the dispute letters, you need to go to the dashboard and the company menu options.
Then under company, click notification/automation.
On the notification/automation screen, where you can manage your automation features and notifications, go to manage notifications.
Then under manage notifications, make sure you turn on “print images, proof of identification documents with dispute letter” if you want to include your customer’s documents when you print their dispute letter.
Once you’re done, go back to the dashboard, then click bulk print.
Then on the bulk print screen, you will see all the letters you created.
This is the column where you can see and add images and documents to the dispute letters of your customer.
If your customer has provided some documents/images already before you create dispute letters for them, you can just simply click the box to include their documents/images in their letters.
Even when you have finished drafting dispute letters, you can still upload your customer’s documents/images by selecting the “+” icon.
Then a popup window will appear so you can add the document of your customer.
In this section, you need to select the proof.
Then choose a file.
You can also put your description inside the text box.
Then click the save button once you’re done.
Note: The maximum file upload limit is 50MB then the formats supported are jpg, .jpeg, .png.
Once you’re done uploading the document/image, you can go to the action column and click the document preview.
This is how the document preview would look like.
To print a dispute letter including the document/images you added, check the boxes for the documents/image’s column.
Then click the print button.
The dispute letter would look like this before you print it, including the document/image you added.
Although the written information in your dispute letter is important, did you know that including images and supporting documents is also quite important? Including the appropriate images and documents in your dispute letters can increase reader interest and raise the likelihood that you will succeed in judgment.
