What is payment history?
In starting a credit repair business, checking billing history is a must not only stay afloat but to thrive and grow.
As a business owner, reviewing billing history will also enable you to determine whether the transaction between you and your customer was successful.
To check the billing history inside the credit repair software, go to the dashboard and then go to the billing tab.
Then under billing go to payment history.
You will be routed to the billing history screen where you can view all billing transactions.

For billing history, we have the payment history and interval billing history.
BILLING HISTORY
Afterward, you can choose the status filter in this area.
You can then choose a customer using the dropdown menu.
Then next you can choose a specific transaction type. It can be all, single transactions, customer checks, customer cash, and invoice check print.
The duration date can then be set in this section.
Then click the search button.
You can also use the search box in this section.
Then in this table, you will see all the transaction history.
This is the column where you can the name of your customer.
The date it was created.
In this column, you will see the method or the type of transaction.
Then in this section is the setup status.
Here you would see a description if the transaction went through or not.
Then you will see the amount of the transaction in this column.
Then here you will see if the transaction is paid for or failed.
Then last is the action column where you can edit or archive the billing history.
INTERVAL BILLING HISTORY
The interval billing history is quite like the billing history screen. This is what the interval billing history looks like.
And this is what the billing history would look like.
They are pretty much the same, but the main difference is that the interval billing history has the subscription status, subscription interval, and subscription duration.
The billing history can help you as a business owner determine the purchasing patterns of your consumers and the products or services they most frequently purchase in addition to allowing you to check whether transactions have been made.
