AFFILIATE
What is an affiliate?
Affiliate is widely used in the retail industry. In this scenario, one business associates with another to sell its products or services while earning a commission. This phrase is increasingly frequently used in relationships between online businesses when one business supports another by directing web traffic and sales.
In starting a credit repair business, having an affiliate would help you get qualified leads and market and boost your business’s online presence.
To create and add an affiliate inside the client dispute manager software, under the dashboard menu options, go to the leads/affiliates.
Then under leads/affiliates, click affiliates.
Then you will be routed to the affiliates screen, where you can manage affiliates and new referrals.
You can always access the training videos here for your reference.
Then click the add new button to add a new affiliate.
You will see a pop-up window where you must enter the information of your new affiliate.
In this box, you must include your affiliate’s first and last name, company name if applicable, title, phone number, mobile number, and email. Address, comments, and commission assigned.
Then here, you need to select the status of your affiliate and the start and end date.
When you turn on this button, your affiliate can see the status of their active referrals through the client tracking portal. After the affiliate logs into the affiliate portal, they will click on referrals and the referral’s name. If the referral is active, the affiliate will be redirected to the client tracking portal so they can monitor the status of their referral.
When you turn this function on, if you select any emails from the following selections: Automated, Manual, or Custom Emails, your affiliate will get a copy of any email you send out to the client that they referred.
You can then choose which emails to copy your affiliate whenever you send an email to a referral. You can also turn on the sales commission feature if you want your affiliate to see how much commission they’ll have for every referral.
Once you’re done, click the create button.
Use the status filter in this section to search for the affiliate or any affiliate you added to the software.
Or you can use the search box to look for an affiliate.
Then on this table is where you can see all your affiliates.
In this column, you will see your affiliate’s name, company name, office and cell number, email, status, start date, end date, and commission.
Then the most important column is the action section which allows you to do multiple things.
By selecting the edit icon, you may make various changes to the information about your affiliates.
If your affiliate doesn’t yet have access to the affiliate portal or if they sent you a referral via email or another method, you could add new referrals directly for this them here.
You can also view all the referrals that your affiliate sent by clicking this icon.
Then next is the message icon where you can exchange messages with your affiliates.
You can also delete an affiliate by clicking this icon.
Additionally, you will be able to record activities or notes for this specific affiliate to keep track of every interaction or activity you have had with them.
Additionally, you can assign a referral to an affiliate. For example, suppose a client was added to your software before the affiliate was. In that case, you might designate the client to the affiliate as needed.
You can also create a unique link for your affiliates so that your affiliates can easily send you referrals through this link.
And this is the unique affiliate link you can provide to your affiliate.
You can move from the manage affiliate screen to the documents and commissions screen.
In this section, you will be able to manage your affiliate’s commissions.
Then here is where you can upload certain documents for your affiliate like the agreement, W-9, IDs, and upload profile picture.
The ability to contact often with the affiliates due to your direct relationship with them is a big benefit of having an affiliate program. As a result, you’ll make sure that affiliates support the goals of your business and that everyone is happy.
