AFFILIATE PORTAL
What is an affiliate portal?
To market and boost the online presence of your business when starting a credit repair business, having an affiliate would be helpful. To help you and them keep track of all the referrals, we have an affiliate portal feature where your affiliate can log all their referrals. It will automatically reflect on your software.
To create and add an affiliate in the client dispute manager software, under the dashboard menu options, go to the leads/affiliates.
Then under leads/affiliates, click affiliates.
Then click the add new button to add a new affiliate.
You will see a pop-up window where you must enter the information of your new affiliate.
Then a notification stating “new affiliate was successfully added” would appear.
The affiliate portal will need to be set up after your affiliate receives an email.
Your affiliate only needs to click a link inside the email to set up the affiliate portal.
A different link is available for your affiliate to attempt if the other one isn’t working.
Then your affiliate will be redirected to the affiliate portal to set up their password.
When your affiliate logs in successfully, this is how the affiliate portal will appear.
The first thing your affiliate will see when they log in to their portal is the “add a new referral” section. They can include all their referral’s important information here and send it to you for confirmation.
Next tab would be the referrals.
Here, they can review all of the referrals and the data that they submitted.
Your affiliate may also use the search box to look for a specific referral.
Then goes the messages section, where you and your affiliate can communicate.
This is where your affiliate can ask their question or send a message to you.
In the documents section, your affiliate can also upload documents.
The list of documents that can be sent here will also be visible to your affiliate.
The type of documents your affiliates upload and send to you can be chosen here. These documents are sent to you for your records.
Then here is the commissions tab.
Your affiliate can view all the referrals that have been paid or are still pending on this table.
