When do we usually import the updated credit report?

You can Import again once you receive the Follow-up Letter Due notification. You will import under Dispute Manager>Tracking to run the Fast Checker and check for Deletions.

Please note: It is best practice to also check on the Refresh date of your clients Credit Report by logging in to their Credit Monitoring.
