Is there a Power of Attorney letter in here that I can use to speak to the creditor/collection agencies on behalf of my client?

We don’t have a Power of Attorney Letter in the software. You can add your own letters in as a Manual Letter. Go to Company>Letter Vault>Manual Letters.
