I sent a Metro attack letter to bulk print, but after activating LetterStream, it is no longer visible. Why?

There are 2 types of bulk print screens.

If you have LetterStream turned off, you get the regular Bulk Print where you can manually print your letters so you can mail it out.

If you have LetterStream turned on, you get the Print Automation screen where you can send the letters to LetterStream.

These screens are separate, you will not be able to see letters that are sent to each of the screens.

Note: Before you send your letters to Bulk Print, please make sure to setup which option you would like to use. Print Automation or Regular Printing.
