How to reset the client portal password?
You just need to instruct your clients to click on the forgot password link when they get to the log in screen of the Client Tracking Portal.
Or, you can go to Customers>Edit and under the Edit Customer Info screen, look for Client Portal Quick Actions and choose Client Creates Their Own Password from the Dropdown. This option will allow your clients to reset their password.
