How do my clients sign in to the client portal with no password? How do they get a password?
Clients will need to setup their password before they can access the Client Tracking Portal. They will receive a welcome email once you put them on an Active Status.
You do have the option to Create your clients password under Customers>Edit Customer>Client Portal Quick Actions.
