This guide walks you through how to import a MyFreeScoreNow credit report into Client Dispute Manager (CDM) using the new system.
Important: Client Tokens Only
The My Free Score Now team confirmed that only Client Tokens can be used to import credit reports into CRM systems like CDM.
You may be used to using the customer’s email and password. That will not work for imports under the new system.
Do not enter the customer’s password in the credit monitoring pop-up inside CDM.
You must use the Client Token.
Why the Client Token Is Better
Here’s why this change actually helps you:

One-time setup
Add the token once and you’re set. You can regenerate it anytime if needed.

Password changes won’t affect you
If your customer changes their front-end password, your import still works.

No more chasing passwords
You don’t have to contact the customer every time they update their login.
Step-by-Step: How to Import
Step 1
Get your customer’s email and password.
Then go to the My Free Score Now affiliate portal:
https://portal.myfreescorenow.com/
Step 2
Log into the affiliate portal.
Go to your Members List.
Generate the Client Token for that customer.
Step 3
Log into Client Dispute Manager.
From the dashboard:
- Go to the left-side menu
- Click Company
- Click Credit Monitoring
Step 4
Locate the Credit Monitoring Section.
Step 5
Find your customer in the list.
Step 6
Enter:
- Customer’s email
- Client Token (not password)
Step 7
From the dropdown, select My Free Score Now.
Click Save.
That’s it. Your report is ready to import.
If You Have Import Issues
Before opening a support ticket, check these:

Confirm the Client Token is correct.

Try logging into the customer’s My Free Score Now account (front-end side) to make sure their account is active and working.
- If everything checks out, submit a support ticket and we’ll review it.
Other Areas Where Credentials Are Captured
There are areas in CDM where customers can automatically submit their credit monitoring credentials:
- Client Auto Sign-Up
- Self-Service Sign-Up
- Client Tracking Portal

Lead Credit Monitoring Request Form
When this happens, you’ll get notified.
But remember — even though credentials are captured automatically, you still need to:
- Log into your My Free Score Now affiliate portal.
- Go to Members List.
- Generate the Client Token.

Return to CDM and update the customer record with that token.
