To use LetterStream with Client Dispute Manager, you must fund your LetterStream account. LetterStream requires available funds to process, print, and mail letters sent through the system. Without funding, letters cannot be completed.

Why You Need to Fund LetterStream

LetterStream is a third-party service that handles the physical printing and mailing of letters. In order for them to process your letters, your account must have a positive balance.

When you fund LetterStream, you allow them to:

• Process letters sent from Client Dispute Manager

• Print physical copies

• Mail letters to the appropriate recipients

Funding is required before any letters can be printed or mailed.
