If you are currently using American Express for your Client Dispute Manager software subscription, please update your payment method to Visa or Mastercard. American Express is no longer accepted for software subscription payments through our current payment processor.
What Changed with American Express Payment?
American Express is no longer processing payments for certain businesses in the credit repair industry through our merchant/payment gateway.
Because of this change, American Express has been disabled as a payment option inside the payment gateway.
Who Does This Affect?
This affects you if:
- You currently have an American Express card on file
- Your software subscription is billed using American Express
- You are trying to activate your account using American Express
- Your recent subscription payment failed because the card on file is American Express
What Happens If I Keep American Express on File?
If your account has an American Express card stored as the payment method, your next subscription payment may fail.
If the payment fails, your account may follow the normal failed-payment process, which can include account suspension until the payment method is updated.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
American Express is no longer accepted.
How to Update Your Payment Method
To update your card inside the software:
- Log in to your Client Dispute Manager account.
- Click Company from the menu.
- Click Company Settings.
- Go to Company Subscription.
- Update your payment method using a Visa or Mastercard.
- Save your updated payment details.
What If My Account Was Suspended?
If your account was suspended because your American Express payment failed, please update your payment method using Visa or Mastercard.
After your payment method is updated, your account can be reviewed and restored based on the normal billing process.
Can I Still Use American Express?
No. American Express is no longer accepted for Client Dispute Manager software subscription payments at this time.
Please use Visa or Mastercard instead.
