How to Use Bulk Reasons & Instructions in the New Dispute Manager
The Bulk Reasons & Instructions feature in Client Dispute Manager lets you update dispute reasons and dispute instructions for multiple selected accounts at one time.
Instead of clicking into each account one by one, you can select the accounts you want to update, apply the same dispute reason, apply the same instruction, and continue building your dispute letters.
What Is Bulk Reasons & Instructions?
Bulk Reasons & Instructions is a time-saving tool inside the new Dispute Manager.
When you select one or more inaccurate accounts in Step 2, the Bulk Reasons & Instructions bar will appear at the top of the account section.
From there, you can:

- Update multiple accounts without editing each one manually
- Keep your dispute setup more organized before selecting your letter
This feature is useful when several accounts need the same reason or instruction.

This helps you prepare those accounts faster before moving to the dispute letter step.
