How to Manually Import IdentityIQ and MyScoreIQ Credit Reports

Overview
Client Dispute Manager can normally import a customer’s credit report automatically when their credit monitoring credentials are saved correctly.
If Quick Import is unavailable or the report cannot be imported automatically, you can manually import the report using an HTML file downloaded from the customer’s IdentityIQ or MyScoreIQ account.
The training videos below explain how to download the correct HTML file and upload it into the software.

Where You Can Manually Import a Credit Report
The HTML report can be manually uploaded from several areas of the software:
Credit Analysis and Credit Analyzer – Build a credit analysis or analyzer report
Import Credit Report – Import or reimport a report inside the Dispute Manager
Tracking – Check the customer’s report for updates and results
Pay Per Deletion – Build a Good Faith Estimate
The steps are similar on each screen:
Select the customer you are working on.
Uncheck the Quick Import option.
Click the option to choose or browse for a file.
Select the downloaded HTML credit report.
Click the appropriate button, such as Upload, Build Report, Check New Updates, or Build Estimate.
Important Notes
The downloaded report must be an HTML file.
Do not convert the file into a PDF, Word document, or another file type.
Make sure you upload the report to the correct customer profile.
Create a separate folder on your computer for each customer to keep downloaded reports organized.
Download a current report when checking for new updates or results.
Manual importing provides an alternative when Quick Import cannot be used.
