Overview
The Require this page feature gives you more control over what customers must complete during the Client Auto Sign Up process.
You can choose to require customers to complete the:
Credit Card Payment Form
Credit Monitoring Form
When Require this page is turned ON, the customer must complete that page before they can continue to the next step of Client Auto Sign Up.
You can configure each requirement separately based on your onboarding process.
Before You Begin: ON/OFF vs. Require This Page
The ON/OFF and Require this page settings serve different purposes:
ON/OFF – Controls whether the page is included in the Client Auto Sign Up process.
Require this page – Controls whether the customer must complete the page before continuing.
For example, you can have the Credit Monitoring Form turned ON so it appears during signup but leave Require this page OFF so the customer can continue without completing it.
Note: If you want to require a page, make sure the main setting for that page is also turned ON.
Credit Card Authorization Form
The Require this page setting for the Credit Card Payment Form allows you to decide whether customers must provide their billing information before continuing through Client Auto Sign Up.
Where to Find the Setting
From the main menu, go to Company.
Select Client Auto Sign Up.
Go to Sign Up Basic Setting.
Select Credit Card Payment Form.
Locate Require this page.
Turn the setting ON or OFF based on how you want to configure your signup process.
When Require This Page Is ON
Customers must complete the Credit Card Payment Form before they can continue to the next step.
When Require This Page Is OFF
The Credit Card Payment Form can still appear during Client Auto Sign Up, but customers can continue without completing the page.
Use Case
Turn Require this page ON when you want customers to provide their billing information as part of their required onboarding steps.
Leave it OFF when you want to give customers the option to provide their billing information during signup without preventing them from continuing if they are not ready to complete it.

Go to Sign Up Basic Setting.
Select Credit Monitoring.
Locate Require this page.
Turn the setting ON or OFF based on how you want to configure your signup process.
When Require This Page Is ON
Customers must complete the Credit Monitoring page before they can continue to the next step.

Leave it OFF when you want customers to have the option to provide their credit monitoring information during signup but still allow them to continue if they don't complete the page.
Configure Each Requirement Separately
The Credit Card Payment Form and Credit Monitoring requirements can be configured separately.
For example, you can:
Require both pages.
Require the Credit Card Payment Form but make Credit Monitoring optional.
Require Credit Monitoring but make the Credit Card Payment Form optional.
Leave both pages optional.
This allows you to customize Client Auto Sign Up based on how you want customers to complete your onboarding process.
Important Notes
The Require this page setting determines whether a customer must complete the page before continuing.
The main ON/OFF setting determines whether the page is included in Client Auto Sign Up.
Make sure the page itself is turned ON if you want customers to complete or be required to complete it.
The Credit Card Payment Form and Credit Monitoring requirements can be configured independently.
