Day 6 Feature: Credit Analyzer
Taking the time to understand what's being reported is an important step before moving into the dispute process.
Why This Matters
Before disputing, you need to review what is reporting, who is reporting it, and which bureau is reporting the information.
A thorough review helps you understand the customer's credit profile and identify items that may require further investigation.
Where to Click
This training will show you how to review the information within a credit report and navigate the different sections available inside CDM.
