Day 3 Feature: Manage Customer
Every client journey begins with a customer record. Today you'll create your first customer profile inside CDM.
This is where you'll begin building the customer records you'll manage throughout the platform.
Why This Matters
Every credit repair business needs a customer record before work can begin.
Customer profiles help you keep important information organized and create a central location for managing customer activity. As you continue through the Fast Start Guide, many of the tools you'll learn will connect directly to the customer record you create today.
