This training will walk you through the Dispute Manager and show you how to create dispute letters inside CDM.
What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open the Dispute Manager
Open your customer's credit report and navigate to the Dispute Manager section.
Review the accounts and items available for dispute selection.
Step 2:
Select an Item to Dispute
Choose one account, inquiry, personal information item, or other reporting item from the credit report.
Review the available dispute reasons and select the option that best fits the item you've chosen.
Step 3:
Create Your First Dispute Letter
Generate a dispute letter and review the information before saving it.
Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how CDM organizes dispute items, dispute reasons, and letters within the customer's profile.
