What To Do Inside CDM

Step 1: 

Open the Letter Vault

Navigate to the Letter Vault and review the available letter templates.

Take a few minutes to explore the different template categories available inside CDM.

Step 2: 

Select a Letter Template

Choose a letter template from the Letter Vault.

Review the purpose of the template and how it may be used within your dispute workflow.

Step 3: 

Preview the Letter Output

Generate a preview of the selected letter template.

Review how customer information and dispute details are inserted into the letter before it is finalized.
