What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Review Your Dispute Letter
Open a completed dispute letter and review the contents for accuracy.
Verify that the customer information, dispute items, and letter details appear correctly.
Step 2:
Print the Letter
Navigate to the Bulk Print area and print the dispute letter.
Review the final output to ensure the letter is ready for mailing or recordkeeping.
Step 3:
Save the Letter
Use the available options to save the dispute letter within CDM.
Review where saved letters can be accessed for future reference.
