What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open the Customer Document Section
Select a customer from the customer's screen.
Click the Images & Documents button.
Step 2:
Upload a Customer Document
Upload a sample document or image to the customer profile.
Review how documents are stored and organized within the system.
Step 3:
Review Stored Files
Open the uploaded document and verify that it can be accessed from the customer profile.
Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the document management area.
