Day 18 Feature: Activity Log
Today you'll learn how to use the Activity Log inside CDM.
The Activity Log allows you to document important customer activity and keep a record of actions taken throughout the customer journey.
Why This Matters
If it is not documented, your team may forget it.
Activity Log notes help keep customer activity organized and provide a history of important actions, updates, and communications.
Where to Click
The Activity Log can be found within the customer profile.
