Day 21 Feature: Results Screen
Today you'll learn how to use the Results Screen inside CDM.
The Results Screen helps you review customer updates and track the outcomes of dispute activity over time.
Why This Matters
Tracking activity is important, but understanding results is what helps you measure progress over time.
The Results Screen provides a centralized place to review changes, monitor outcomes, and keep track of customer progress throughout the dispute process.
Where to Click
This video will walk you through the Results Screen and show you how to update customer accounts with new deletions, corrections, and other report changes.
You'll learn where to view important results information and how it can be used to monitor customer progress.
What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open Dispute Manager
Go to the left menu and click Dispute Manager.
Select the customer you want to review.
Step 2:
Click the Results Tab
At the top of the Dispute Manager workflow, click Results.
This is where you can review dispute outcomes after updates have been added.
Step 3:
Review Account Updates
Review the results area to see deletions, corrections, score changes, and account updates.
Use this section to understand what changed and what may still need follow-up.
