What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open the Leads Section
From the left navigation menu, click Leads/Affiliates and select Leads.
Review the two available lead sources:
- Website Lead Form Leads
- Client Portal Client Referral Leads
Step 2:
Review Lead Information
Explore the lead records and review the information collected, including customer names, email addresses, dates created, status, and notes.
Step 3:
Review Referral Leads
Click the Client Portal Client Referral Leads tab and review how referral leads are displayed.
Take a few minutes to understand where referral activity is stored and monitored inside CDM.
