What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open the Automation Section
From the left navigation menu, click Notify/Automation.
Review the available automation categories, including Notifications, LetterStream Automation, SMS with Twilio, Zapier Integration, and Follow-Up Letter Due Date Changes.
Step 2:
Review Zapier Integration
Click the Zapier Integration tab and review how Zapier connects CDM with other applications.
Take note of the available training resources, automation workflows, and Zapier credential setup options.

Explore Automation Possibilities
