This screen serves as the central hub for managing and reviewing customer activity throughout the platform.
Why This Matters
The Customer Information Screen is designed to keep everything related to a customer in one place. Instead of searching through emails, files, notes, and multiple screens, you can quickly access important customer information from a single location.
Learning how to navigate this area now will make it easier to manage customers as you continue using CDM.
Where to Click
This training will walk you through the different sections of the customer screen and explain where important information is stored.
What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open a Customer Profile
Navigate to your customer list and select the customer profile you created on Day 3.
If you haven't created a customer yet, add a test customer before continuing.
Step 2:
Review the various areas available within the customer profile.
Take note of where you can find:
- Contact Information
- Documents
- Notes
- Disputes
- Activity and Progress Tracking
Spend a few minutes becoming familiar with the layout.
Step 3:
Click Through Each Button or Link
Open each available link or button within the customer profile and explore what information can be stored there.
You don't need to make changes today. The goal is simply to understand where information is located so you can quickly find it in the future.
