What To Do Inside CDM
Step 1:
Open a Customer Profile
Navigate to a customer profile inside CDM.
You can use a test customer or an existing customer record for today's exercise.
Step 2:
Import a Credit Report
Follow the instructions demonstrated in the training video.
Step 3:
Review the Imported Data
Once the import is complete, review the report information inside CDM.
