Access the Client Tracking Portal
Add yourself as a Customer under the Active status. Setup your password through the Welcome Email you will receive.
Step 2:
Access the Client Tracking Portal
Open the Client Tracking Portal and review the portal dashboard from the customer's point of view.
Explore the information available inside the portal and become familiar with the overall layout and navigation.
Step 3:
Walk Through the Client Experience
Navigate through the portal as if you were a customer.
